These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of outsourcingprocessing.com and the services provided by Outsourcing Processing LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

What the Services are

Outsourcing Processing provides software that automates pre-close accounting work: bank statement processing, transaction categorization, report drafting, compliance tracking, and related tools. The Services prepare and organize information for review by you or your accounting professional.

Important: Outsourcing Processing does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. Outputs of the Services — including categorizations, drafts, and calculations — are prepared for review by a qualified professional and are not a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you file.

Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account, including team members you invite.
  • You must have the right to upload the documents you submit — including your clients’ documents, where you act as their accountant.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on the schedule shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing. We may change pricing with notice effective at your next billing cycle.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, including processing documents you have no right to possess.
  • No attempts to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Services.
  • No reselling or providing the Services to third parties except as an accountant serving your own clients.

Your data

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that outputs will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outsourcing Processing LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination you may request export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
