Outsourcing Processing LLC (“we,” “us”) processes bank statements, financial documents, and business records for Florida CPAs and business owners. This page describes our commitment to keeping that information confidential — separate from our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle data technically, and our Terms of Service, which govern use of the Services.

What we treat as confidential

  • Bank statements, transaction data, and account numbers you upload
  • Business documents: licenses, insurance policies, registrations, and filings
  • Categorization rules, corrections, and any notes specific to your account or your clients
  • The identity of your clients, if you are an accountant using the Services on their behalf

Our commitment

We do not sell, rent, or share your confidential information with third parties for their own marketing or business purposes. Access inside our team is limited to what each role needs to operate and support the Services. Where we use a subprocessor to deliver a feature — for example, Intuit’s API for QuickBooks sync — that subprocessor only receives what is required for that specific function.

If you’re the accountant: your confidentiality obligations to your own clients are yours to keep. We act as your data processor for the mechanical work — we do not become a party to your engagement with your client, and we do not contact your clients directly.

Exceptions

We may disclose confidential information if:

  • You give us written permission to share it
  • We are compelled by subpoena, court order, or applicable law
  • It is necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Service
  • The information was already public through no fault of ours

How long this applies

This commitment applies for as long as we hold your information, and continues after your account is closed for any data retained under our Privacy Policy‘s retention schedule. Closing your account does not retroactively authorize disclosure of information we held while your account was active.

Questions

If you have a specific confidentiality concern — a request from a client, a subpoena, or anything else — contact us directly rather than waiting on this page. See our contact information.
