We built Outsourcing Processing because we spent too many hours manually processing bank statements for Florida clients. We knew there had to be a better way — so we built it.

Our mission

Independent CPAs and small accounting firms do exceptional work — but they spend too much of their time on data entry, not client strategy. Our mission is to automate the repetitive work so Florida CPAs can focus on what they do best: advising clients, growing their practice, and staying ahead of Florida's tax requirements.

And because compliance shouldn't require a $500 consultation, we build the same clarity for the business owners themselves — plain-language tools that read documents, track deadlines, and explain what to do next.
